About Us

For more than 25 years, ASU4rent has been helping Boone students find safe, affordable and conveniently located rental housing. With staff members available throughout the work week as well as after hours to manage emergencies whenever they happen, ASU4rent provides great service and fast turnaround.

With eighteen locations and over 400 units, there are a variety of efficiencies, one bedrooms, two bedrooms, three bedrooms and a few larger houses, to choose from.  Our only business is to rent and maintain our properties.   We would love to provide you with your next Boone apartment, come into our office located at 206 PSI Drive , just off 321, on Highland Avenue, near IHOP, and let us help you today.

We have a full staff of maintenance and office personnel to serve the needs of our tenants, we always have someone that our residents can contact,  any hour of the day or night, seven days a week, in case of an emergencies.  We want to be there when you need us.
